CLASS GUARANTEE

We guarantee your class will be held with your prepaid registration. We will not cancel your class due to low registration.

Attention: There is a 3 person class minimum for ACMT. Please contact Lori Lyons at 405-595-4092 for registration information.

PAYMENT

Payment must be received at least 10 work days prior to class start date or within 30 days from registration, whichever comes first. For anyone who registers within 10 days of the start date, payment is due upon registration. All courses must be completed within 1 year of registration date. If courses are not completed within 1 year of registration date, all payments for courses will be forfeited. Tuition price is subject to change.

RESCHEDULING POLICY

Clients may reschedule a class without charge if rescheduling is requested in writing at least 14 days prior to the class start date.

REFUND POLICY

A student who cancels within 7 days of registration and 14 or more days prior to instruction begins shall receive a full refund. Due to limited class space, students who register but do not show up for class will be responsible for full tuition.

REGISTRATION DISCOUNTS

Metro Technology Centers offers a 10% discount to the following groups: educators, government employees and municipalities, AIGA members, AMA members, AAF (OKC AdClub) members, and OKCFCPUG members. Proof of employment or current membership may be requested. Not applicable to prior booked, scheduled, or registered classes. All discounts must be entered at times of online registration, and are not applicable to prior attended classes. Request your discount code by email to lori.lyons@metrotech.edu.
